Life can become heavy with work, obligations and family matters. The stress can weigh you down to the point of not being able to enjoy life.
Sometimes you just need to take a break and find a quiet space where the stresses of the world can't reach you.
The quiet space can be out in nature, in your backyard, taking a walk etc. Your quiet space is for you to forget about your troubles and to enjoy the moment.
Pay attention to the sights, the sounds, the smells and the feeling of sunshine on your face. Pay attention to every miniscule detail in that moment. Let your stress melt away into ecstasy.
Life seems fast paste due to our obligations, but for our own sake we must take a step back and go to that quiet space. We need it far more than we realize.
